We will e-mail you the Surface and Air Mail charges based on the weight of your order. Shipping charges will be sent for your approval before we process the order.
** Shipping charges are based on the value of the parcel being shipped NOT on the total of the order at the time the order was submitted. Any changes to the order or split shipments that change the value of the parcel to a different "Value of Order" bracket, will be charged the Shipping & Handling charge for the value of the parcel at the time of shipment.


INTERNET RETURN POLICY

Yarn:
If the colour is not what you expected from the colour samples on your monitor, return the yarn immediately for refund or to exchange for another colour.

You have 3 months from the date of puchase to return any unused balls that are still in good condition.

ALL returns must be clearly marked with "RETURN" on the outside of the parcel. Failure to do so will result in any Customs Duties we are charged being deducted from your refund.

Other:
There is no return on needles, patterns, books, notions, or yarns bought on special.

The information collected by Wool-Tyme is used solely for the purpose of filling, processing, & shipping your order or to send you our electronic newsletter.

Wool-Tyme does not sell, trade, or distribute its customer information.
