Patterns:
- Set 1 is done using a variegated yarn contrasting with a solid colour. There is a tied jacket with solid coloured
trim & a matching hat with ear flaps; a striped, raglan pullover worked in the round (2 versions of striping); a
ribbed toque; a headband; & a set of doll clothes (coat, tights & hat) for a 44 cm (17") doll.
- Set 2 has 3 great long sleeved, drop-shoulder sweaters for boys. The first has a collar, a
dragon on the front, narrow stripes around the bottom of the body, & is worked in the round. The second has a
collar, a wide ribbed panel down the centre front, & is worked in the round. The third is a stand-up neck with a
diamond cable panel at the front & textured stitches on the body & sleeves.
- Set 3 is a Teddy Bear set consisting of 4 long-sleeved sweaters. The teddy bear motif is shown in a dress or
in overalls. The first is a pullover with lace & cable body & solid yoke & sleeves. The second sweater is a
drop-shoulder pullover in red-on-red-stripes. The third is a crew-neck pullover with set-in sleeves, horizontal
stripes & a couple of vertical stripes. The fourth is a cardigan with set-in sleeves, textured stripes & a pair of
teddy bears on each front.
- Set 4 has lots to go with the sweater. The sweater is knit in the round with sheep on the striped yoke. The
accessories include tights, mittens, socks (3 styles), a "sheep" toque, a hat with earflaps, gloves, a hood, & a
neckwarmer.
- Set 5 has 2 sweaters with matching hats & a 3 piece set with rabbit motif. The first sweater is knit in the round
with a basketweave body, an eyelash yoke & a crocheted, appliqué eyelash flower. The matching hat is done in
eyelash. The second sweater is a striped, drop-sleeve turtleneck knit in the round, with heart shaped pockets.
The 3 piece set consists of a raglan pullover with the rabbits running around the bottom of the body, a hat with
earflaps & more rabbits, & plain tights.
- Set 6 has 3 long-sleeved, drop-shoulder sweaters & assorted accessories. The first sweater is a jacket with
picot edging & outside flap pockets reminiscent of a denim jacket. The second sweater has a button placket at
the fron, a stand-up neck & is done in a simple, textured all-over pattern. There is a matching hat. The third
sweater has an all-over floral motif with matching hat & scarf.
- Set 7 is 3 more drop-shoulder sweaters, all with a floral theme, plus accessories, &
matching doll clothes for a 44 cm (17") doll. The first is a two-colour striped sweater (where the width of the
stripes changes from top to bottom) with a border of tulips above the ribbing on the body & sleeves that is knit in
the round. There is an eyelash headband & scarf to go with this sweater. The second sweater has a wide stripe
of flowers with one colour above it & another below & is knit in the round. The third sweater is a multi-coloured
jacket with a wide border of flowers around the lower edge. The doll clothes consist of a jacket, skirt, & hat.
- Set 8 is the traditional Norwegian Festive outfits. For girls there is a sleeveless dress with a Fair Isle top &
solid skirt. For boys there is a buttoned Fair Isle vest. Both of these are knit in the round.
