INTERNET RETURN POLICY

Yarn:
If the colour is not what you expected from the colour samples on your monitor, return the yarn immediately for refund or to exchange for another colour.

You have 3 months from the date of puchase to return any unused balls that are still in good condition.

ALL returns must be clearly marked with "RETURN" on the outside of the parcel. Failure to do so will result in any Customs Duties we are charged being deducted from you refund.

Other:
There is no return on needles, patterns, books, notions, or yarns bought on special.
